All items listed in my shop are one-of-a-kind and are generally available for immediate shipping.

Payments: All payments are due in full prior to shipping.

Shipping: Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. I ship my pieces primarily through UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail in the United States. If you require express or next day shipping please contact me prior to making your purchase and for an additional fee I can accommodate your request. If your order is to be shipped as a gift, please let me know as all my orders are shipped with an invoice. I will be happy to include a note on your behalf upon request and black out the prices. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges: I accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days after you have received your purchase. Please notify me via email at buatw@verizon.net if you are returning or would like to exchange an item. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to me, unless I sent the wrong item or the item arrives damaged. I will refund your money (purchase price minus shipping) as soon as I have received the item in its original condition.

Custom Orders: I am happy to take custom orders. If you see an item but would like it in a different wood color and or size please contact me and I will be able to discuss the requirements, provide you a price quote and a time estimate for the work. Keep in mind that depending upon your requirements; the cost may be more or less than the original store item. I require payment in full prior to starting work on an item. For custom orders over $300.00 I require at least 50% down prior to starting the custom order. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If there is a problem with your custom order when you receive it, please contact me right away so we can find a solution.
