Providence Seaside Hospital
commissioned Bark Up A Tree Woodworks and
Greg Lewis
Studios to design and craft an altar and ambo for their
chapel. The pieces are constructed of solid black cherry
with a natural oil finish. The front rails are steam
bent solid wood to a radius that matches the radius top.
The altar front is made of metal with a patina, with the
chapel logo etched onto it. The ambo has a book incline
built into it. The furniture is pictured at the time of
delivery and will darken and look richer with age as
cherry always does. |
