This commissioned bookcase
was constructed of clear vertical grain (CVG) Douglas
Fir. CVG was used to match the other wood work that
already in the house. The house was a 1920’s bungalow.
The bookcase has barrister doors covering the upper
shelves for a display area. The display areas are
lighted with hidden rope lighting |
